It’s not a gadget really, but I love my 210mm Gyuto knife
Not a gadget, per se, but I love, love, love my cast iron drop biscuit pan! I use it at least three times a week, and my biscuits are always perfectly done in it: fluffy (those straight sides really give them rise) and just a little crispy on the outsides and bottom!
Wow! I feel so priviledged to be part of your first givewaway! My favorite kitchen gadget is my kitchen aid food processor. It chops and mixes everything so well. Plus its super fast!

My favorite kitchen gadget is granite counter tops. Never needing a hot pad or a cutting board comes in handy.
Favorite? That’s difficult…
I would say that my favorite gadget is my antique rolling pin.
But overall favorite item is my vintage 10″ cast iron skillet.

My absolute favorite kitchen gadget is my bamboo steamer. It cooks fresh Veggies and fish perfectly while retaining so much fresh flavor! Plus its super easy to use 
Congrats Maura. I’ve loved trying out some of your recipes this year. My current favorite gadget is my new oil-spritzer from pampered chef. Fill it with olive oil, pump it up and spritz away.
My fave gadget is the microwave. My roomie is the cook in this apartment and I’d love to win this stuff for her.
